The rooms were air-conditioned, the staff was so hospitable, the breakfast was freshly cooked. They made my stay splendid. Sea view was remarkable and balcony was lovely. Really handy location to a medieval fountain.

I had a really nice stay. Ideal location, APPEALING hotel and incredibly attentive staff. In my superior king room there was a comfy bed that I liked. There was a perfect restaurant, shops and a supermarket next door.

Italian Burger was set 5 minutes walk away. We could see La Citta della Domenica from our window. Near rocca paolina, 15 minutes' walk to Perugia train station. We booked it before and can recommend it to everyone.

A lovely experience and FRIENDLY staff. Pozzo Etrusco was easily accessible. Airport was 18 minutes drive away.
